After waiting many years to undertake the transformation of their dreams, it was our mission that nothing short of a showpiece would be the final product for these very special clients. Strie faux finished walls with hand-painted cherry blossom branches bring drama and elegance to the dining room, while a complimentary treatment of a strie box design on the focal wall of the living room lends balance and sophistication to the rooms flanking the entry foyer. Architectural moulding detail on the ceiling draws the eye up with the understanding that no surface was overlooked for its hidden potential. A combination of luxurious furnishings, custom window treatments, accessories and artwork are all highlighted with a thoughtful lighting plan and transform these once blank canvases into graciously inviting spaces for entertaining. The family room and kitchen areas are enveloped by the warmth of faux-painted suede walls. The addition of comfortable and generous upholstered seating throughout both the eating and relaxing areas create a sumptuous and inviting retreat for large gatherings or an intimate evening alone in front of the fire.

Nesconset, New York Residence
This once understated family room did nothing to reflect the warmth and loveliness of wonderful family for which it was intended. It first needed to become a space where the whole family enjoyed relaxing together and with two teenage boys, an emphasis on durability was as equally an important factor as comfort and design. Creating a coffered ceiling effect through moulding, decorative and faux finish painting added a much needed sense of height and architectural detail. The stunning large scale custom artwork featured on one of the dark brown walls was created based on the actual vineyard of the favorite wine enjoyed by the client allowing us to add that very personal touch. The opposing dark brown wall also provides a wonderful backdrop for the gold and crisp linen matted sepia family portraits. The remaining walls were painted to resemble a linen finish using actual crushed walnut shells for visual texture. A comfortable sectional with three-automated recliners is anchored with a rich wood writing desk providing a space for both work and play. The swivel club chair is upholstered with a luxurious yet durable fabric. The combination of all these wonderful details create a functional and relaxing retreat for this busy and well-deserving family.
A rich red faux finish wall, new rich green suede chairs with contrasting hounds tooth fabric on the back, custom window treatments and updated lighting was all it took to transform this kitchen eating nook.

our focus when selecting materials for this beautiful, newly constructed
home. Rich maple floors, exquisite hand-painted tiles, classic millwork
and wonderful layered window treatments are just some of the wonderful
features that helped us to create this luxurious oasis. Eco-friendly materials

Our clients wanted a beautiful and elegant master bedroom that would
include a high color contrast and provide a wonderful backdrop for their
beautiful equestrian art. Their daughter requested a modern sophisticated
bedroom that was reminiscent of a chic Manhattan boutique hotel room. We
are happy to report that all concerned are having the sweetest of dreams
in their respective bedroom oasis'.

yet neglected New York City brownstone were the primary concerns
for its current and caring custodians.The project design included revealing
the magnificent woodwork, installation of the highest quality flooring, hardware
and lighting, and adding stunning stacked stone to create a dramatic
and durable entry vestibule.This wonderful building now proudly reflects
period elegance, the luxury of 21st Century materials and an increase in property
value for each of those unit owners lucky enough to call it home.
